You’re an exec, entrepreneur, a manager, or chair. You’re revisiting priorities for projects and to meet goals and are saying to yourself this still isn’t done, and we should be able to do this. So you revisit your own time, resources or staff (if you have any) and try again to get that project moving, that website designed and written, that report completed, that client proposal sent, or that research done. It still isn’t done. You feel like it’s at least the third time that you have revisited this particular project, and yet, it still isn’t moving! Here’s an idea. Bring in a professional. Contract with a savvy expert who can and will hit the ground running, move ahead and get it done. Measure the lost time and opportunity against paying someone to be fully accountable to get it done. Now. Hire the right professional, and get it off of your plate. A well-chosen hired pro is a great solution.
